CEO & Chairman


Allan Camaisa currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Parallel6. Clinical6 is a SAAS based product of Parallel6, a mobile software platform designed to engage patients during a clinical trial, on any mobile device, handset, tablet or watch. Clinical6 offers backend analytics, geo location, push notifications, target insights and gamification strategies, which provide valuable tools to retain and empower the patient. Some of their clients include, Thermal Fisher, STSI/Genentech, Johnson and Johnson, and NIH.

Prior to becoming CEO of Parallel6, Allan Camaisa was instrumental in providing Series A funding for Parallel6 and served as its Executive Chairman. Allan Camaisa has 25 years of experience working with large government organizations such as the Veterans Administration, and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). Mr. Camaisa sold a $5 million dollar enterprise software license to the VA, securing medical records and integrating with 250 health care installations nationwide. He has experience with the Department of Homeland Security installing in a secure cloud environment. He holds over a half a dozen patents that include a multi-factor authentication and has implemented NIST Level 3 Clinical software in a HIPAA environment.

Prior to Parallel6, Allan Camaisa bootstrapped and sold several technology companies to large public corporations. High Technology Solutions (HTS) was a software systems integrator with over $50 million in revenues and was recognized as an INC 500 company three years in a row. He led HTS from a small, two-person company to one with 500 employees across the US. HTS sold to Wireless Facilities, Inc. (now KRATOS).


President & CTO, Founder


David Turner is the President and CTO, Founder of Parallel6. He founded the company in 2009 with a vision to bring an enterprise mobile engagement platform to the internet of things through a mobile device, Google Glass, or other endpoints used to capture and engage with consumers. Under his vision, Parallel6 has focused efforts in the commercial, government, and other regulated verticals. An extension of his vision is shaping the technology towards solving real world problems in clinical trials. This has resulted in an important pivot point for the business, focusing the Captive Reach tehchnology platform towards solving patient retention issues in clinical trials. The new product is Clinical6. David is a primary inventor for several patents. He has been a key technology contributor to the business and continues his visionary focus on product excellence and product compliance towards multiple regulated industries. Big data, algorithmic rule based functions, and pragmatic software development and leadership are just a few of his areas of excellence.

David comes to Parallel6 from Silicon Valley where he held many roles including the VP of IT at Liberate Technologies, VP of Operations at DemandTec and VP of Technical Operations at MobiTV. David has over 20 years of technical and engineering operations experience managing SaaS cloud systems, agile processes, engineering/technology teams and client support teams around the world. Additionally he has served in multiple capacities including the Board of Directors for technology companies both in the US and abroad. David is a Certified Information System Auditor. He holds a BS in Economics and a MS in Information Systems from Louisiana State University.

Jesse O’Gorman comes to Parallel6 as a successful leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading sales, business operations and enterprise software implementations within the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, Jesse has combined his entrepreneurial energy and creativity to lead businesses through various stages of the business maturity life-cycle. His experience ranges from co-founding and leading early stage technology and services start-ups, to building and leading software engineering teams and managing over $30 million in business annually. Prior to joining Parallel6, Jesse spent 11 years as Partner and Executive Director at Blackstone Technology Group, where he established and led the firm’s Federal Consulting Practice and Washington D.C. operations. Prior to Blackstone, Jesse was a co-founder and President at iCynergy and co-founder and Director of Operations at Brainpower.com. Jesse is a member of the American Council for Technology and Advisory (ACT-IAC), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).


Chief Business Development Officer & Co-Founder


Adam Halbridge has an extensive background in Sales, Marketing and Finance. In 2007, Adam successfully raised $19 million from the Department of Energy for a Green Biomass Company he co-founded. Adam holds an MBA and two original design patents on production products. His extensive network of industrialists and marketing professionals direct relationship-based deal flow to Parallel6. Adam is also a co-founder who drives revenue through channel partners and direct sales on a weekly basis around the globe for Parallel6.


Executive Director, Chief Medical Officer


Brad Pruitt, M.D. comes to Parallel6 with over 18 years of healthcare and life sciences industry experience. As the chief medical officer for Parallel6, Dr. Pruitt spearheads product innovation by engaging with executive leadership, clinicians and operators across organizational matrix environments within healthcare, contract research organizations (CROs), pharma and medical device companies to provide Clinical Reach solutions that align people, process, and technology. Dr. Pruitt’s level of expertise working with C-level clients and partners in healthcare-related technologies in the U.S. and Latin America, especially in digital health IT and mobile solutions for telemedicine, clinical trials, mHealth, remote patient monitoring, and EHR/EMR/PHRs, makes him an instrumental asset to the Parallel6 leadership team.

Prior to joining Parallel6, Dr. Pruitt founded Prucor | Disruptive Solutions®, a health technology-consulting firm. Dr. Pruitt has consulted with innovative mHealth and clinical technology firms such as AirStrip, EndoStim, Sotera and McKesson. His background also includes serving as the Director of Business Development for the Latin American Clinical Research Sites (LACRS) Corp., where he worked with the global CRO Quintiles to onboard new hospitals, PIs and clinical trial sites for large multi-national phase III studies in Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Dr. Pruitt also founded patient recruitment startup, nPruv, a solution that merges mobile, social media and health IT to create a new era of predictive modeling for clinical trial patient matching and recruitment. At nPruv, Dr. Pruitt built patient-recruitment technologies for both online recruitment as well as in-clinic recruitment workflow. He has also written many protocols for mHealth technologies, including a trial with the second busiest emergency room in the United States. Dr. Pruitt’s ability to engage with executive leadership, clinicians and operators to provide actionable solutions for the alignment of people, process, and technology makes him a leader in product innovation.


VP Sales Operations & Co-Founder


Adam Blejski manages technology and processes that ensure the ongoing success of all campaigns and services for Parallel6 clients within the Digital and Social Reach Business Units. Prior to Parallel6, Adam graduated with a BA in Business from Indiana University. He began his career at The Field Museum in Chicago in Institutional Advancement and was responsible for managing donor relations, fundraising & events. Next, he joined Entertainment Cruises, a $100 million dining and entertainment company. He supported initiatives to improve sales efforts in the Chicago market and ship operations. He continued his career with Uline, a $2 billion shipping supply company, as a specialist in industrial packaging solutions. His focus was logistical solutions for hundreds of organizations ranging from Kraft Foods to the US Navy. Adam moved to San Diego in 2009 as a marketing consultant for several start-ups before helping found Parallel6 in the fall of the same year.
